Excellent old world place. Went here on a Sunday morning. Line was out the door, but it's the only time I would've been there cause I was driving home from out of state. I dont live near here. Grabbed a dozen to go. Plenty of selections there: had some angel cream longjohns, which were tasty. Chocolate frosted, and chocolate cake. Also had a old fashioned. Very fresh. Prices are very reasonable. Service was kind. Everybody ate these up at my house in 1 day!
Yes they have awesome donuts. That's my main go to there! But they have a nice seating area and if I'm not mistaken they have a drive thru as well! Great quick service. My favorite donut shop anywhere!
My family loves grabbing some goodies from here! A family favorite with such a large menu. My son could eat a thousand donuts from here.

If you're looking for really good donuts this is definitely the spot. They have a small lunch menu too. Sorry I ate my jelly filled glazed donut. It was yummy
Dixie Cream is a treat to have in West Frankfort. Great donuts and cakes and it is my go to place for lunch. Their spinach salad is huge, filled with bacon, eggs, cranberries, sliced almonds, etc. and the in-house poppy seed dressing is crazy good. My wife loves the chicken salad on a croissant. They are also very supportive of West Frankfort and will host meet and greet events for local politicians and are across from City Hall. I always find the young staff and the owner to be very friendly. A lot of older residents like to meet and hang out here later in the day so if you need the latest talk of the town drop by for a donut. They have also added a second location in Herrin.
Solid local donut shop just a few blocks off the interstate. Great prices, big selection even at 11:30 on a weekday morning. I had the 2 donuts and a drink special for $3 and change. Great deal considering the value of the chocolate long John and a yummy blackberry filled. The place has plenty of seating. Coffee is hot and strong, perfect on a winter day. The shop has a deli too with salad, soups and sandwiches. Will try one of those on another day!
Great donut place on the way to camping or just driving thru the area. Glaze on donuts is very flavorful and not gritty. Filled donuts are pretty good with enough filling. Non-greasy and top quality ingredients. Their dream cream filled are really good. It's homemade cream. I would definitely go back here anytime I'm in the area. All donuts tasted good. Friendly service and get there early for more of a donut selection.
Where you absolutely want to to take home three dozens of the light delicious donuts filled with angel cream. Angel cream a slighty over the top sweet, melt in your mouth whipped sugary angelic confection. Cream horns are amazing. Iced donuts are amazing. Cherry turnover, yep amazing.
